I have been working at Southeastern Regional Medical Center

    Pros

Co-workers are 99% of the time competent in their field which produces quality teamwork.

    Cons

Unqualified management which leads to layoffs and bad financial decisions. You wouldn't hire someone with a degree in basket weaving to be a nurse, would you?

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on hiring more experienced or trainable management personnel.
