I worked at Southern Water full-time

I was lucky enough to have fantastic team leaders. Their passion shined through. I made some great friends that will stay with me for life.

Unfortunately the passionate team leaders are constantly shut down by the powers that be above them. Every day I would be stressing about coming into work for fear of what would've changed. No one was secure in their job role and nobody was ever praised for doing well - just completely belittled when something went wrong. The sickness was always at an all time high and it was only do obvious that this was due to stress caused by the company. Not a day would go by with people in tears. Constant secrets constant changes constant mess.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the people below you. They are building the future of your company and if they are leaving at the rate they are constantly, you will not have a successful business.
