OK pay and benefits and easy place to commute to in Frederick.

Ongoing layoffs caused by bad business decisions. Recently started taking any business they can get. Lots of these don't pan out. Spend tons of money to start business that fails or the customer decides to bring the work back in their own manufacturing. No discipline and do as little as we can to get by, doesn't work well for customers. Especially Medical customers. used to offer good work and life balance but that is gone.

    Advice to Management

Care more about keeping good employees and customers, stop just accepting any business. A bad employer reputation is not going to help you, but that is what you have. pretty soon nobody is going to want to work for you.
