    I have been working at Speedy Cash full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Challenging, exciting work! I am excited to go to work every day! I came from an oppressive, but prestigious company in town where I was treated badly and had 8 bosses in 5 years. Tiger is fast paced and thriving- no budgets, no logging time to projects, casual and fun- my boss is a rock star!

    Cons

    There are lots of growing pains. Very aggressive timelines and little or no training for Corporate employees. Low performing employees seem to drift along without consequences. Some of the managers lack leadership and the business requires strong decision making. 6 company holidays is a bummer.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Focus on strong performers. Protect the culture. Plan and execute consistently. It's time to focus on controls.
