I worked at Spencer Ogden full-time (Less than a year)

    - Nice office with a great location in the city - Manager was a good guy - Free fruit - Nice group of colleagues - Supposedly you can earn good commission, but 95% of consultants probably never see more than a few hundred bucks

    - Oppressive expectation to work far longer than contracted hours - Excessive KPIs meant clients were harangued and so gave the company a bad rep - Huge pressure to bill - Poor salary - Drinking culture

    Advice to Management

You really need to think up a more structured approach to engaging with potential clients. The current scatter-gun approach from consultants, particularly ones with only a few weeks of training and no industry experience, is hugely damaging.
