    I worked at Spire


    Engineering dept. was a close knit group that worked well together.


    Upper management really had no clue unfortunately on what was going on. Very poor decisions were made in compliance to our customers, with delivery times and promises on customizations on equipment per customer request that just could not be meet, along with outsourcing work to other countries.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Time to retire, seriously, and bring in new people that actually care for Spire and it's employees.
