I worked at Spirent Communications full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    * You can never get fired unless you do something like federal crime
    * Best work life balance you can ever get

    Cons

    * Not at all challenging environment
    * HR hardly makes any effort to make place competitive/fun compared to other companies in bay area
    * Compensation is nothing compared to other companies
    * Hiring top talent is impossible because of the reasons above
