    I have been working at Spirit Airlines full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    Free flights and buddy passes, training takes place in Florida for 2 weeks for free

    Cons

    No raises unless you are promoted, airline itself is very poor (delayed flights, cancelled flights), their support for their own workers is poor.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Please please please support your fellow employees! Cancellations are tough, and having no one there to help you out during them is the worst morale killer of your team.
