    Pros

Schedule flexibility, they work around school or family obligations
    Job satisfaction
    Coworkers
    Discounts, 10% above cost

    Cons

    Have to work weekends
Management from store level up to corp are clueless
No direction, TSA was a industry leader, now they barely keep up
No say in how things can be improved
Not in business to make money, managers are afraid of customers complaining, give away the store
One word, Simplr, this is what management focuses totally on. Company has drank the coolaid and believes that selling extended warranties will save the company because it's 100% profit. Not focusing on what customers want.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to run a business, not give your business away. Listen to veterans within the company, if you can still find one that hasn't bee chased out of the company.
