Former Employee - Anonymous Employee in Chicago, IL

I worked at Spot Trading full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

None, unless you really like to eat free food.

    Cons

Bad corporate culture, frowned upon to leave your desk even to get something to eat/drink. Felt bad even going to the restroom sometimes. No collaboration with coworkers. Nobody even greets each other when they get to work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Work on your culture and let your people breath a little bit. Everyone is always out to get each other here. Have some collaboration.
