Former Employee - District Wide Computer Technician in Houston, TX

I worked at Spring Independent School District full-time for more than a year

Co-Workers are fantastic, the majority of everyday school staff understand the kids come first. A lot of the school are doing well and have experienced teachers

any district or administration level employee that does not have everyday experience " in the field " cannot understand how to do there job schools are not a business, administration just looks out for themselves. Never the students

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Every district building employee should go to a seminar that explains why the kids come first
