    Autonomy in work
    Opportunity to participate in professional development within community organizations (SHRM, SAHRA, United Way, etc)

    Step salary structure
    Very little opportunity for advancement
    Conservative office culture
    Minimal training
    Little room for creativity
    Volume

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Time the hiring process so that one can train with their predecessor, or cross-training within the office would reduce learning curve for new hires.
    Too many managers within small office - one office manager would set a more consistent tone for the department..
    Office culture is stuffy and stressful. A couple of strong personalities within department can often contribute towards negative energy.
