I worked at Sprint full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Positive Culture changes, employee empowerment and engagement were seemingly valued. Training program and internal L&D systems top notch as well.

    Cons

Compensation and benefits. "Merit Increases" were suspended for several years which crippled most employees financially. Benefits costs keep rising for employees as well.

    Advice to Management

Increase company contributions to minimize impact to employees. Executive Level employees, who generally receive excellent and company paid-benefits, have the ability to afford escalating benefit related costs.
