I worked at Sprint full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Flexibility and the great people that work there are the best things about the position.

    Cons

Low base salary, non generous commission structure make it difficult to make a higher end living.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus on using monies to allow your sales rep to compete with competitors by allowing them to spend some money on clients to cultivate relationships. To have to get president approval for a flight to visit a customer is unheard of in a sales environment. Who will do business with you if you can't even afford to seem them in person?

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
