    Pros

    Great workplace balance.
People are mostly collaborative and willing to help each other.
Compensation is good relative to other companies in the area.

    Cons

Compared to Amdocs - Sprint's biggest partner - Sprint IT leadership team lacks the diversity you'd expect from a IT team of this size. Not only the racial makeup but also lack of diversity in backgrounds. There are not many directors and VP that seems like are from programming background and tend to be less sympathetic to a programmer's point of view.

    Advice to Management

Too many stupid rules in Sprint that our CEO is trying to get rid of. Kudos to him for realizing that and trying to address it.
