I have been working at Sprouts Farmers Market

    Pros

Pro's: 15% employee discount, company provides T-shirt uniform and allowed to wear tennis shoes, jeans, and appropriate shorts. Sense of teaming environment among workers. There is always room to grow in the company and possibly move around doing different task if you're interested.

    Cons

When the new stores open, be vary aware when they promise full time hours of work. Grocery stores are cyclical and once the whole hype dies down, and sales aren't there, hours start being chopped and forces you to look elsewhere. Managers need to be trained on how to coach employees instead of barking out orders and stop micromanaging.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

It is not fair, that people who have worked at the company for a long time or have had years of experience should be paid a lot higher that people that have no experience at all. Also, managers need to display confidence in their team and not be so antsy when the corporate big wigs come around.
