This company is definitely about the bottom line. Hours are continually cut on a weekly basis. You never know from week to week what or when you will be working. They only do the schedule on the Friday before the next work week, which means you cannot schedule any outside work activities due to not knowing when you will be working. They short staff and then call you and expect you to come in and work because they couldn't schedule accordingly. They expect you to come in even if your sick. Benefits are only available to those who work more than an average of 32 hours a week over 6 months time. So they cut your hours so that you cannot get any benefits.
Advice to Management
Take care of the people who work hard for you and keep your business going. How can you expect people to live on less than 20 hours a week. It forces you to have to get another job. Wouldn't you rather have them working just for you?
