I have been working at St. Jude Medical full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Middle management is good, but unable to inact change due to upper executives.

    Cons

Upper management and executives are too afraid to enact any real change. They sit around and debate useless topics, and then never come to any conclusions. Probably the most ineffective leaders I have ever felt with.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Grow a spine, take a stance and learn to love change. We have amazing products, but you are too scared to deal with realities.
