Friendly people, good management. The atmosphere is relatively very, very good, lending itself to the staff conveying a good atmosphere for customers of events handled by StaffPro. I found a good team atmosphere at the company that's not easy to come by.
Depending on your location, you're not likely to get regular hours. Thankfully, StaffPro recognizes the mutual unreliability--they can't give you work dates far in advance, and as a result they don't expect you to be available for whatever event that comes up for them. For what it is, it's good for extra income. The annoying (but perhaps inevitable) part of this, though, is repeatedly calling on dates to schedule to get a hold of the scheduling staff to get the dates to work that people are fighting to get. That will be an inconvenience to anyone--you have to call to get scheduled to work for events.
Advice to Management
For parking security, please enforce safety for employees a little bit better. I heard someone was seriously hurt by sitting on the tail of a pickup while working by getting thrown off the end into the street. For almost everything else, thanks so much for your hard work and your positive effect on morale of the place--of course, this is why your employees are able to convey that to your customers!
