A great place to learn the building process. The structure is solid and the company has a bunch of successful divisions.
Too many people have ideas of what the company is supposed to look like, but to date it is not a cohesive company. Overall Standard Pacific is not an employee centric company and they have a revolving door of new hires.
Advice to Management
Hire, train and develop your people. Don't be so quick to eliminate quality in search of the next best person. Grow your team and develop so that you can have depth of experience.
