    I have been working at Stanford Federal Credit Union full-time (more than an year)


    Lots of focus on innovation and returning to our pioneering roots. A CEO who genuinely cares about education and values employees who demonstrate care and good execution. A management team that's really coming together.


    The branches look a bit dated. The branding is a bit dated, although rumor has it that branding is being worked on. Marketing seems more about business development and not marketing. The technology has had some road bumps, but the recent hires in the last year are very promising and have already brought about some cool changes. Accountability needs to be tweaked as some managers are able to skate by on lackluster performance. When mistakes are made, it's unclear as to what happened and how to prevent it in the future

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    If you know you have a poor performer, please let them go. Stop giving people passes and hold them accountable. Culture is built on trust, and when you can't trust the guy next to you to hold up his end...
