I worked at Staples as an intern (less than an year)

Easy mobility within the company, some of the people are easy to work with, most people are willing to be helpful. It's not a horrible company, it's just very average and the people are very average.

People are more focused on talking about what they're doing rather than doing it, lots of red tape, no clear vision on any projects. Entire company believes they're a start-up/disruptor/innovator, but in reality they're an out-dated corporation without the mid-level talent to survive more than the next 10 years.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more visible, compensate better so you can hire smarter people.

    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
