    Fun people to work with

    The bottom feeders in sales roles make 1/3 of what the managers do. They set unachievable goals in your first 6 months on the job. The market is saturated with sales reps and it requires a ton of cold calling. Micromanagement is the culture and encouraged.

    Advice to Management

    Less outside sales reps and more inside sales reps. Micromanaging solves nothing. Encourage employees to find roles better suited for their personality, experience and goals if the original positioned hired for isn't working out.
