    I worked at Staples full-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    Schedule is better than most of the retail world.

    Cons

    Typical retail environment. Too many tasks very little labor yet expected to provide high level of customer satisfaction. Very metrics driven. Don't hit a number that's tracked you will here about it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You do a great job listening to your customers but you don't the same for the associates that do the heavy lifting for you.
