    Pros

    people are nice, customers made my day

    Cons

    upper management doesn't care, they have a attitude of execute the first time, you wear a target on your back, too much pressure in selling performance plans, people don't want poor pay, long hours, no growth.

    Advice to Management

    walk a day or two in their shoes…….. higher pay, treat people fairly, you will get more out of them. I remember once a DM said oh you will be working 40 hours, a week then you can enjoy your home life, yeah right, 50 to 60 hours a week or more, no breaks no lunches. held accountable for sales
