    Pros

    Large company with a desire to please their customers. The name helps to bring validation to what the workers say about technology.

    Cons

    Not enough workers in stores, unqualified management in same cases, entirely too much pressure to change and improve on what works.

    Advice to Management

    Not every store is exactly the same. They have different demographics and target audiences. What works in one store may not work at all in another store. What is important in one store may not be nearly as important in another store.
