I have been working at Starbucks full-time (More than a year)
The health benefits are great, available for part-time(20 hours minimum) and full-time workers. Also, Starbucks and ASU teamed up to offer a college education to employee. You pay for you classes and at the end of the school year if all classes have been passes A 100% reimbursement back to you.
The customers are pretty tough to deal with. Also, the consent changes of the menu with no communication to the employees from management is frustrating. Also, new partners do not get properly trained.
Advice to Management
Train people before you put them on the floor and COMMUNICATE TO YOUR EMPLOYEES!
