I have been working at Starbucks part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

I really like the fast paced environment. It makes shifts go by fast and since I'm a generally all around upbeat person, customer service isn't a chore for me like other people.

    Cons

The different recipes and unique customer orders are the most challenging aspect of first starting, but once you get the rhythm down it isn't as bad. Frap hour is crazy!
