I have been working at Starbucks full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great for building customer relation skills, and multitasking. Great 401k benefits. Free coffee, plus free Tea, pound of coffee, etc once a week.

    Cons

Working holidays and weekends. Depending on the store, can be late hours. Not a lot of time off guaranteed.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Increase how much vacation time is given per paycheck. Write ups should be for everyone! Hours should be given more to shifts than barista's!

    Recommends
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
