I worked at Starbucks full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Fun environment, meet a lot cool people, batistas hold expectations very well and will help with training. Training is very structured.

    Cons

ASM are treated poorly when hired from the outside. Most SM don't meet the expectations of the job but finds new ways to cheat the system.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Different structure training plan for outside hires. Hold current SM to the same expectations of ASM'S trying to become SM.
