    I have been working at Starbucks full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    flexible scheduling
    constant feedback to improve performance and develop in current position
    rapidly changing, fun environment
    affordable health insurance benefit available at 20 hours average per week

    Cons

    inconsistent weekly hours- "full-time" = 32 plus or minus
    unprofessional corporate directives- not consistent to company mission, no explanation of reasons why
    lack of development opportunity beyond current position
    unprofessional fraternizing evident at multiple levels
    lack of tools and plans to meet corporate directives
