I have been working at Starbucks full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great people. Lots of autonomy. The work is actually fun.

    Cons

Understaffed, overworked, underpaid. Development is weak for such a large company. Lots of people get by with little work.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Spend more time figuring out how to get people promoted.
