I worked at Starbucks full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The tips on regular days & the morning rush are amazing, easy to move up in the company, unlimited drinks during shift, discounts at various stores for being a Starbucks employee (certain cellphone companies, certain fitness centers, certain shoe companies), fast-paced fun environment, thorough training.

    Cons

Customers can be quite rude, managers can either be very active or extremely lazy, everything smells like coffee when you come home, can be hard to balance life/work.
