I have been working at Stark Carpet full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

In the past, the company cared about you as if you were family.
Decent benefits for insurance and personal days.

    Cons

The company has recently undergone restructuring their management. Due to this, the people that is put in place has acted emotionally rather than professionally in an attempt to show their worth. This has caused a large loss in morale and has many of their best workers looking for new places of employment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to the worker. Whether you may want to admit it or not we as the eyes and ears of the company know a lot and could offer substantial help if you were just willing to listen. I would go as far as to say that some of us know our job more than you know it.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
