I have been working at State Farm full-time (less than a year)

Small offices, some relaxed days, being able to genuinely help customers through their situations and completing sales goals for the month. You learn that you really have to work with your associates to get some things done.

Hours can be long. Experience is truly determined by the agent that you work for. If your future isn't wanting to own an agency then there is no point in being a team member in the office. Goals or alternatives to go from office to corporate seem slim to none.
