    I worked at Stealth Components

The only reason to work here is if you are desperate for money.

Cursing at employees from management. Management solely consists of Bernie Smith Jr. who is a criminal. If you don't trust me, just google his name along with Stealth Components.

Bernie Smith Jr. has also been sued for overworking employees without paying overtime.

While I worked here, I had multiple employees admit to needing drugs of varying extremes to just "get through the day". One employee was even fired after going on a five day drug binge and not showing up for work. I know this because management, AKA Bernie Smith Jr. laughed and joked about it on the sales floor.

I once told a colleague (who had been working at Stealth for a year) that I enjoyed working there. They laughed and said, "nobody enjoys working here, they do it because they don't have any better options. Everyone wants to leave."

Immoral sales tactics are also pushed on employees at the expense of customer satisfaction and employees' personal integrity. For example, if a customer needs a component and purchasing has not been able to find the component for the customer, management will harp employees to take the order in hopes of filling it at a later date. After a week has passed and your customer is angry because he or she has not received the parts you have promised, management will encourage you to ignore their phone calls, which of course only makes the customer angrier and less likely to do business with Stealth Components again.

And if you still aren't sold on not working here and decide to accept their offer, try this on your first day. Simply ask how long your fellow colleagues have been working there. It will be readily apparent that employee turnover is high as the company does not have anything invested in you and even if you do succeed initially, there is no guarantee of job security in the future. I have had multiple customers refuse to do business with Stealth Components due to high employee turnover.

Overall, management cursing at employees, lack of job security, and management's highly questionable morals make for a stressful job that doesn't provide employees with a reasonable level of expertise to further their careers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat employees the way you would want to be treated. Lastly, if HR decides to reply to this review, please avoid cherry picking which pieces of my review to address. Instead, please address all issues noted here in the order in which they were previously presented. As a reminder, the issues were cursing at employees, previous litigation against management, any noticeable drug use in the office, overall employee dissatisfaction, immoral sales tactics, and employee turnover.
