Compensation offered was decent, and paid weekly. Benefits offered

Referred to them by a colleague of mine. During the process of being placed on a contract for them my recruiter failed tremendously in the communication field. She showed lack of knowledge in the field she was recruiting for which was a big read flag. I signed a contract with them and the project was postponed. Turns out they never had the project after all. It was a terrible experience and I would NEVER recommend them.

    Advice to Management

Train your recruiters in the field they are working in. It's an embarrassment to your company to have someone working for you who is totally incompetent as to what is going on. Also train your employees on the importance of communication. They will fail in life if they cannot master communication and realize this is key in everything.
