    Pros

There are no pros. Please see "cons" below.

    Cons

    - Job I accepted through Sterling-Engineering was not what was described to me
    - Passed up much better offers to take this position. Ended up being an entry level position. Not the position I accepted.
    - Poor upper management
    - In my case, position's description & responsibilities were polished up and exaggerated to make it seem excessively more attractive than position actually was.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop trying to place candidates only to get your commission. These are people's lives & careers that you effect.
