    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Sterling Medical Devices full-time

As a startup, they had up to date technologies and interesting projects.

The employees are very cliquish. Unless you are able to get along with them, you will be excluded in social functions and even be engaged in negative work politics. Since the long-term employees have formed the company with the managers, getting on their bad side means getting on the managers' bad side. Some of the long-term employees were even rude, feeling they could get away with this due to protection from management. Projects are also unfocused, with a lot of switching around with no warning.

    Advice to Management

Stop engaging in cliquish behavior and realize treating your newer employees like doormats are not going to expand the company.
