I worked at Stock Building Supply full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great benefits and marketing in the area.

    Cons

Poor management. Things get restructured too often and no one is safe from being laid off. Managers have poor experience and leave major decisions to people who have no idea what is going on. Promises are laid on quick sand and employee loyalty makes no difference to management. Felt disposable after so much commitment.

    Advice to Management

Rely on the experience of your long-time employees and actually listen to them. Stop restructuring everything to save a buck. Give your managers more to do because they aren't helping employees and the company get to where it needs to go.
