I worked at Stoltz Management full-time (Less than a year)
Parking on site. Wawa right across the street.
Was never given training on software package they were using. When mentioned that I needed training it was explained to me that it was up to me to learn the software and not their responsibility to train me. Within first week of being hired 2 people I was supposed to supervise quit, it was then I learned the high turn over rate (anyone who could last 3 yrs was considered a "lifer").
Advice to Management
Training. Have people do their work rather than pass it on to others.
