The benefits are very good, and the non-management and most entry-level to some mid-level managers are very nice people to work with.

SBH owns several hospitals across the country. The decisions that are made by senior management are hasty and without any study or input from the employees whose work is actually impacted. There is outright favoritism between senior managers. Due to senior management, many non-management employees are very unhappy with the organization's culture, the atmosphere of their local work environment and those that remain with the company do so out of necessity rather than loyalty.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Almost all members of senior management need training on professionalism and managing employees and then most importantly, they need to stay engaged in training or coaching so they don't go back to bad and borderline illegal management habits.
