In theory, it's a great company. In practice, not so much

I worked at StrategyOne full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    -Exposure to relevant brands
    -Small teams working environment
    -Higher ups are extremely motivating
    -Diversity group of individuals
    -Good for recent grads
-Parent Company Edelman has a lot of perks that StrategyOne employees can partake in

For the first few months, the job was great. But, like in every relationship, as management get comfortable with you, the disrespectfulness begins.

    Cons

    -Middle management heavy
    -HIGHLY concerned with job titles
    -Lack of respect
    -Redundancy
    -Little room for growth
    -Low pay
    -Passive agressive managers
    -Office drama
-No clear direction for the future of the company

This company is going downhill, fast. The CEO is fantastic. His managers...not so much. Not all managers are meant to manage people. Maybe projects, but not people.
