I have been working at Structure Tone full-time (more than an year)

The benefits package is wonderful, salaries are competitive, some people are great to work with.

The DC office is chaotic at best. There is a lot of animosity between co-workers and departments and management will just tell you what you want to hear. I personally worked many 70+ hour weeks with no acknowledgment for my hard work. There seems to be financial issues, subcontractors are not getting paid and at times are walking off the projects. There is no training, you get thrown into the water and it's sink or swim.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Find a way to get the departments to work with each other and not against. Give your employees the respect and appreciation they deserve for their hard work. There are many inexperienced employees that cause a lot of the issues for the projects and they should either be let go or properly trained.
