I have been working at StubHub full-time for more than 3 years

Great company culture- the people working there are friendly, interesting, and enthusiastic about life. Many of them are huge sports or music fans, and love going to events. Benefits are standard for a tech company.

The leadership team is great at talking big and running metrics on employee happiness, but terrible at fixing what's actually the problem- their own inability to stay focused and execute. Projects die on the vine a lot, and talent, money and time are wasted. Getting anything pushed through the corporate channels takes forever- it's an eBay-owned company, and that's glaringly obvious if you ever have to go through official channels on anything. Promotions were promised far more than they were given.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Look to what you have, and make it work. Promote internally, instead of hiring new management. If you like a project today, commit to seeing it through, don't axe it tomorrow.
