    I have been working at Subaru of Indiana Automotive full-time (more than 3 years)


    Great benefits, take great care of associates.


    Opportunities for vertical movement are practically non-existent if you are not already a manager. And if you want to be a manager, you must first take a step back from a salaried position to make cars since 99% of mid level management positions involve production. That and the culture is stiff and reflects a 1980s-90s industrial culture, top down, and bureaucratic.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Provide a way to provide administrative associates with opportunities. All administrative level jobs are dead end positions. You will have difficulty in the near future gaining and retaining millennials, who you will need in order to replace your aging administrative staff.
