    I worked at Suddenlink Communications

    Pros

Local staff is/was great. Never worked anywhere that staff worked harder or complained less. Fleet is good shape and always provided funds to properly maintain. Services offered to customers generally very good.

    Cons

Pressure for tech sales unreasonable. Difficult to fully staff, mostly due to rural area and fairly low pay. Line gear (amps) and CPE (converters, modems, etc.) old and in need of replacement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Focus should be on replacing old equipment as opposed to just preasuring local management and staff to "meet the numbers" to satisfy a monthly report.

Generally a good place to work.
