Company does have great benefits and is considerably generous with vacation time.

Salaries tend to be on the very low side in comparison with similar businesses and positions. As a long time employee, there is little incentive to stay as vacation time stops increasing at 9 years for several years, raises are unimpressive, and morale is fairly poor. Also, many departments are very disorganized with lack of communication and inconsistency amongst processes, which leads to high turnover from exceptional emploees and a tendency to hire inexperienced management.

    Advice to Management

Show more appreciation for employees. Pay more competitive salaries that will attract talent and retain good workers. Assess why so many people leave to work at Liberty Mutual, and take some action on those findings.
