I have been working at SunTrust

    Pros

very good company to work for if you have a good manager

    Cons

They are keen on sales which is a change for what they were advocating for before

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Review the Managers some of them are simply not qualified to be Branch Managers. Watch out for the nepotism that is rising and therefore you end up being short changed when it comes to quality employees.
