I worked at Sunrise Systems as a contractor (less than a year)

    Pros

They were helpful in prepping for the interview with the company. They seemed to be on point with what I needed to know and points I should touch on in the interview.

    Cons

You are paid bi-monthly. The pay is delayed by two weeks, so you are not paid until a month after you start. They do not have offices in most states. Therefore, I never met any of the people I was dealing with during the recruitment process. Once I was contracted and working, they were completely out of contact. They did not answer phone calls and occasionally might answer an e-mail. And once the contract ended, they did not answer any phone calls or e-mails period. Perhaps this was an unusual experience, but even if it was, I felt I should share it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Change to a weekly pay cycle. Have offices in the states where you employ people, or if you do not, at least answer phone calls and e-mails with questions more frequently. Be available for you contractors.
